Very Happy Customer
From start to finish the team did a great job. From the initial visit to quote, the surveyor and the fitters everyone was professional, punctual and polite. We had four windows and a patio door replaced and the team of three fitters worked tirelessly all day to complete it. They were exceptionally clean and protected the flooring and furniture in every room they needed to go in, and the quality of work was excellent with additional care taken not to damage any existing decoration, pebble dashing, etc. would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.
Excellent Service
I was originally quoted £26,000 by a company for 10 windows and 2 doors – far too expensive, so I sought out more affordable quotes. When I asked if they could beat my lowest quote, they did. The 3-man installation team was outstanding, working tirelessly for two full days without even stopping for a drink. Several neighbours have already commented on how much they love the new windows and plan to contact the company for quotes for their own homes. Excellent service, fantastic team – I’m absolutely thrilled. I highly recommend this company!

A really professional experience from start to finish, even the sales process wasn’t painful! Quick turnaround of the job which was a great help. The windows (aluminium) are fantastic quality, worth every penny. Highly recommended.
Worth waiting for...
Whilst the whole process of ordering to installation took longer than expected, it is safe to say that good things are worth waiting for.
We are really delighted with the doors. They look great, are solid and reassuringly heavy (if that makes sense) and the 3-panel layout suits the proportions perfectly, as advised against our initial idea of 4 panels. The client isn’t always right! We love the internal blinds: they are such a neat idea and give us the privacy we need in an urban setting. The guys did a great and efficient job in installing them, so all in all we are very happy with our new bifolds.
Absolutely fantastic!
We have just had all our windows and doors fitted in Basildon and the 3 fitters were absolutely fantastic. They showed us everything they was doing and cleaned all the rooms once they were done. They deserve 10 star rating. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Doors and windows look fantastic, thank you.
Excellent Quality
Had a new front door installed, very pleased with it, slight delay but that was communicated well. They aren’t the cheapest but the quality of product is excellent.
