At 6 Day Doors, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, bespoke door and window solutions. We understand, however, that sometimes plans change. Our Cancellations & Returns policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible within the constraints of our bespoke manufacturing process.
Cancellations
Given the custom nature of our products, orders are made to your specific requirements. Therefore, once an order is placed and production has commenced, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirmation. Changes or cancellations are not possible after production begins.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or a quality issue, we are committed to addressing these concerns promptly and effectively in line with our Guarantee and Warranty policies.
Returns
As our products are bespoke and made to order, we are unable to accept returns. We ensure each product undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch to meet your exact specifications.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately. We will work swiftly to assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include repair or replacement.
